The Garden exists as part of our continued work providing organic vegetables for our community along with our restoration work at Ackerman Creek as well as the oak woodlands in the area funded through the Fish and Wildlife Service. In the video you’ll see some of the native plants we propagate for bank stabilization and recovery of the area. The garden tour video is the first of a three-part tour featuring the Restoration Nursery, Garden and the Head Start Garden and Bioswale.
